Booking Policies

• $300 incidental fee applied to each event (refunded after a successful event)
• $300 of balance needed to secure your date; balance due 14 days before
• No refunds
• Kitchenette: 3 rectangle tables (1 holds the chaffers)
• Main area: 10 tables max at full capacity — round or rectangle

Booking Policies

• Must be 21 or older to book; copy of ID required for all rentals
• 25 & under is subject to a $500 accidental fee
• Must be out of the hall space by 1am — no exceptions
• $300 incidental fee added to each event (refunded after a successful event)
• $300 of balance due to secure your event; balance due 2 weeks before
• No refunds — rescheduling is allowed
